Michael Allan King, 36, of Paragould, AR, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 25th, 2021, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital surrounded by loving family.
He was born on Dec. 1, 1984, to James King and Trudi (Plenkers) Dewey. He was an only child, yet raised with cousins who were more like brothers and sisters. He attended elementary school at Tilton in Rochelle, IL and graduated from Norwood High School in Norwood, MO.
Michael was a Coordinator for Tenneco and enjoyed cutting up with his coworkers, some of which became the best of friends. He was a very warm and loving Father. He loved life, music, riding his motorcycle and shooting guns. He had an elaborate personality, and was a total goofball. His mind worked like no other. He was very sporadic, full of life, stubborn and strong willed. He would say what he thought (when he thought it), and no doubt believed his dad jokes were the absolute best! He’d go the greatest lengths to do anything for those he really cared for.
He is survived by his five children; Brooklyn, London, Aerilyn, Reece, and Dallas; the mother of his children, Shalane Turman; his father, James King; his mother, Trudi Dewey (Daniel Dewey), and an abundance of family and friends.
The family will be hosting a gathering in Michael’s memory as a celebration of life this Saturday, October 2nd, at his residence starting at 12pm.
“You will always be in our hearts… because in our hearts you’re still alive.”
Arrangements are in care of Phillips Funeral Home.
