Stephen Britt Evans passed away March 4, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born March 29, 1966, to the late Murray Britt Evans and Barbara Fultz in Little Rock, AR. Stephen loved life itself. It didn’t take much to make him happy. All he needed was some gas in his vehicle, some money to eat on, and shopping at the Goodwill Store and Wal-Mart. He loved to work on vehicles until he became unable to do so. He loved his pets and would give you his last dime or shirt off his back. He acquired traits from both of his fathers, which he was blessed to have two fathers.
Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Murray Britt Evans; bonus father, Verlin Fultz; sister, Bridgette Evans Rischar; bonus brother, Bradley Fultz; grandparents, Linden (Dollie) Clark, Kenneth (Ethel) Fultz, and Ferral Evans.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Fultz of Paragould; bonus mother, Roxanne Carter Evans of Booneville, AR; nephew, Dylan Rischar of Paragould; brother in law, Rick Rischar of Paragould; aunts, Linda Routon of Paragould and Reba Watson of Tulsa, OK; cousins, Courtney and Kristin Stage of Bono, and Andy and Tracy Spicer of Tulsa, OK; many more cousins; and friends he loved and grew up with. He will sadly be missed. He was a very special person. Stephen never met a stranger and was always kind to everyone.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 7, at Linwood Cemetery with Derrick Followell officiating.
