Timothy "T.J" Spence, a man known for his infectious laughter, boundless energy, and an unwavering spirit of adventure, passed away in Beech Grove, AR on October 18, 2023. Born in Exeter, CA on July 18, 1990, but spent most of his life in Paragould, AR, he was a beacon of light, love, and joy in every life he touched.
T.J was a charismatic and outgoing person who embraced life's twists and turns with an open mind and a smile. His famous quote, "No matter where life takes me, find me with a smile," perfectly encapsulates his approach to life. He was always ready with a joke, his humor acting as a balm in the toughest of times, spreading laughter and positivity wherever he went. His caring and loving nature made him a cherished presence in the lives of his family and friends.
He was the son of Renee Gray and James Spence, who nurtured his adventurous spirit and taught him the value of family. T.J cherished his family, treasuring every moment spent with them. Alongside his parents, T.J's legacy will continue to thrive through his daughters, Adyson and Chevy Spence, and his doggie daughter, Jazzy. His love for them was boundless, and he was often proclaimed as the best father ever. He also leaves behind his sisters, Jennifer (Timmy) Ward, Aaron (David) Myers, and Amy Spence, uncle to Valerie Ward, Lakyn Hoskins, Lainie Imler, Eli Spence, and Harrison Rodriguez, who will remember him as a protective and loving brother and uncle.
T.J was a man who lived life to the fullest. He was wild in the best sense of the word, always seeking new experiences, adventures, and challenges. His zest for life was infectious and inspired those around him to seize every opportunity. He believed in making every moment count and lived his life in a way that reflected this belief.
Despite the loss of their beloved family member, T.J's family takes comfort in knowing he is reunited with his grandparents, and childhood best friends in eternal peace. While they mourn his untimely passing, they also celebrate his life, cherishing the memories of his laughter, his love, and his indomitable spirit.
T.J's story is a testament to a life well lived. He was a man who embraced every moment, loved deeply, and laughed often. His memory will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to know him. His legacy of love, laughter, and adventure will continue to resonate in the hearts of his family and friends.
In the words of T.J, "No matter where life takes me, find me with a smile." As we remember him, we remember his smile, his laughter, and his spirit. His memory serves as a reminder to us all to live with joy, love deeply, and always keep smiling.
The family will receive friends for a visitation at Phillips Funeral Home on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
