Obituary

Virgil Edmond Crow, 74, of Lafe, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022. He was born May 15, 1948, to Virgil and Lola Crow. Virgil enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenny Crow, Marion Crow, Georgie Crow; and sister, Artie Mae Chapel.

Survivors include his wife, Lueretta Crow; sons, James Crow (Tracy), Darrell Crow (Sharon), Mike Bova (Lena); daughters, Tonya Davis, Sheryna Chokes; brothers, Harold Crow, Bruce Crow (Ann), Lester Crow, Rickey Crow (Debbie); sisters, Ruth Carter, Bessie Ward (Gary), Francis Choate (Donnie); fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 2, from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with David Poe officiating. Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery.

Doug Smith, Jay Mullins, Shane Mullins, Jesse Crow, Chris Smith and Dwight Russom will serve as pallbearers.
