Kale is a lifelong resident of Paragould. He was raised in a little community near Marmaduke by his parents, where he was the oldest of four children.
Kale and his family saw the need for a caring, compassionate, and affordable funeral home in the area. In 2015, he opened the only funeral home owned and operated crematory in Greene County.
Kale strives to accommodate the needs of every single family he works with. He is a licensed funeral director and certified crematory operator, and is proud to serve Greene County and its surrounding areas.
Kale and his wife, Melissa, have one daughter, Lacey Phillips-Sain, and two granddaughters, Kynzley and Kalyana Sain.


Lacey Phillips-Sain is the daughter of Kale and Melissa. She is also a lifelong resident of Paragould. Lacey is married to Andy Sain, and they have two children, Kynzley and Kalyana.
She graduated from Arkansas State University and has held the position of our corporate secretary since 2005. Lacey is also a funeral director and preplanning specialist. She is dedicated to doing all she can for the bereaved and helping them cope with the loss of a loved one.

Kynzley Sain is the granddaughter of Kale and Melissa Phillips. She enjoys helping the family business out and looks forward to working full-time.

Kay is a lifelong resident of Greene County. She has provided services to the elderly in Greene County and Northeast Arkansas for 30 years.
She is a member of the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center Hospital Auxiliary and the East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging Board of Directors. Kay and her late husband, Harlan, have three daughters and eight grandchildren.


Jeremy is the grandson of Kay Greenway and the late Harlan Greenway. He graduated from Marmaduke High School in 2012, and he looks forward to serving families in any way he can.


Mike lives in Marmaduke with his wife, Kathleen. He enjoys serving families and looks forward to helping them in any way he can. He retired from Emerson Electric after 43 years before joining our team.


Pat is a lifelong resident of Paragould. She graduated from Paragould High School and attended ASU.
Pat has dedicated her life to serving her community. She compassionately serves families during their time of loss. Pat is also a preplanning specialist.
Pat has dedicated her life to serving her community. She worked for the Parks and Recreation Department for over 46 years and currently serves as a city councilwoman for Ward 2.
